I love Network Spinal Analysis! It has enhanced my life in so many
ways: I would need pages to tell you. So for starters, I'll mention
a few impressions. Spiritually, I am definitely moving ahead (sensing
my oneness with all and experiencing significantly more peace) in
ways that I know I would not have done if I hadn't had such a clear
nervous system. My intuition is improving every day and there have
been several instances when it has yielded significant answers for
me. I also feel like it’s easier to move and/or keep my vibration
at a higher level, which seems to keep my outlook positive. Physically,
I have strength and stamina and am able to resist the common colds
and flu of the school system I work in. As for the 12 Stages it’s
awesome! Totally masterful is Dr. Epstein's approach to wellness
through the deceptively simple uses of touch, breath and movement.
This work has served to connect me deeply to different systems in
my body and the intricate ways they are related. Its implications
for my life are many as well much less frustration, more grounding,
intuition from physical sensation and a sense of aliveness. (Not
to speak of the way 12 Stages literally kept me alive one evening
during an allergic reaction i.e. finding peace in the body and applying
it to my throat and tongue were swelling significantly.) Finally,
I have great admiration for Dr. Epstein and his highly skilled team
of doctors such as Dr. Ziemba. Together they are evolving a world-wide
system of wellness/health care that goes way beyond the most positive
definitions of that concept: their work is literally transforming
the planet --- perhaps in ways that we won't fully comprehend for
years to come. Thank you, Dr. Ziemba -- I am very grateful that
you chose the career path you did and are honored to be part of
the NSA community.

I started experiencing Network Spinal Analysis
(NSA) with Dr. Ziemba in July. At first the changes were subtle,
and then as the effects became cumulative as I committed myself
more and more to the process. I experienced more and more "healing."..on
2-3 occasions I experienced tremendous emotional releases of long
stored memories memories that I thought were long gone. At other
times I feel what it is like to be free of the muscle armoring that
I have unconsciously used to protect me. When Dr. Ziemba first shared
with me about NSA I could only trust because I trusted her integrity
and compassion. Now I have experienced its profound benefits. I
realize it is a partnership between Dr. Ruth and me and I recommend
you experience it for yourself.

I have been receiving Network care for over
four years. I have always been a person who has done a lot of work
on myself so I came to Network not at the beginning of examining
my life. The most important thing that I have gained in receiving
this work is that I no longer feel stuck in a particular image of
myself. I have let go of so much fear, deep embedded fear the I
didn’t really know was running me. I have let go of outdated beliefs
about myself and who I think I am. My whole system now knows what
it is to be clear and I have the ability to be in that territory
most of the time. And I am doing things that I never imagined I
would have the confidence to do. I have gotten as big as I always
wanted to be but didn’t know how to get there. Dr. Ziemba is a wonderful,
caring and very present person. She is able to hold the space for
whatever needs to come up in the healing process. I am very grateful
to her and Network. I would highly recommend Ruth and the work to
anyone interested in a thorough path to healing.

I had no idea how clueless I was regarding
how I felt in my body until I began my network sessions. After my
sessions with Dr. Ziemba I feel a sense of balance, comfortableness
in my sitting, standing and walking. I feel happy to be alive and
I celebrate those feelings after every visit. Sometimes after a
session I experience a state I can only label as ecstasy and it
usually lasts for hours.

Several years ago I was hit by a van whilst
cycling, and as a result my sacroiliac joints were split. Lately
this injury had become so painful and unstable that 2 or 3 days
out of any given week I would find myself unable to get out of bed.
At the time of writing this I have been the happy recipient of Network
Chiropractic Care for a whopping 6 weeks. In this short stretch
of time I have regained much of my health. I am thrilled to report
that I feel as if I’ve been given a brand new pelvis, something
that frankly, I was not prepared for. In the eight years of nearly
continuous standard chiropractic care I received to keep this injury
in heck, I didn’t make even a fraction of the progress I have made
I these wondrous past six weeks. Perhaps the best part of this whole
new experience has been learning to connect and integrate my mind,
body and spirit my “new” pelvis is merely a side effect of that!
I recommend this powerful experience to anyone who loves being alive.

I have been under NSA for 9 months now. It
has been such an enlightening experience, one that I did not know
even existed. This work has proven to be extremely beneficial in
many aspects of my life; physically, emotionally, mentally and creatively.
Physically, I can recognize my breath again! My sleep has improved
and my dreams have become more vivid and informational. The care
has also helped me grow and learn, emotionally speaking, by bringing
up old issues that had been repressed or not noticed earlier. It
has helped me gain the tools to see truths and patterns that are
always there. I feel more in tune with my true self, which has allowed
my relationships to open up and become more intimate on many levels.

First-Time Mother
As a first-time mother on this mother's day,
I feel very blessed and so grateful for all of the help and support
that I received from Dr. Ruth on my journey to motherhood. I came
to Dr. Ruth following two long years of unsuccessful fertility treatments,
a lifetime history of back pain and fears that when I did become
pregnant I would be in for nine months of misery due to back pain.
With Network Spinal Analysis, Dr. Ruth helped me immediately - reduced
pain and stress levels, better sleep and a sense of optimism that
was fulfilled when three months later I found myself pregnant at
last! Not only were my fears of increased back pain during pregnancy
unfounded, but in my ninth month I realized that my back felt better
than it had in years! Both
my mother and my husband commented that they had never seen my posture
look better - and this with scoliosis, kyphosis and lordosis! Mine
was a very healthy pregnancy, and my son Ethan was an exceptionally
healthy baby at birth scoring 9 out of 10 on the APGAR scale, and
able to hold his head up within hours. I am continuing my visits
to Dr. Ruth to keep my self strong and self-confident for the demands
of motherhood, and I'm starting baby Ethan - now Dr. Ruth's youngest
patient - on the road to optimal health with Network Spinal Analysis.
I am a person who is passionate about alternative
healing. Over the years I have pursued almost everything I thought
was interesting in the field. During that time there were disciplines
I was quickly in and out of. Others seemed to be advantageous for
a bit longer and there are those few which have become the foundation
for my health and well-being. Network Chiropractic and Dr. Ruth
Ziemba fall into the latter category. I have been a patient of Network
Chiropractic for close to ten years. During the last two years I
had the good fortune of working with Dr. Ziemba who is a true healer.
Before I began Network, I had stored the many stresses and traumas
of my life in my body. I was in a state of survival little peace,
timid and fairly ungrounded. In my work with Network I’ve been able
to release my stored stress which has led to a more expressive,
grounded and integrated me. I have a newfound sense of ease and
am able to breathe from my head to my toes for the first time.

I have
been receiving care for about five years. Even though I have a primary
network chiropractor, I have had the opportunity to experience adjustments
from several other Network practitioners. Dr. Ziemba has been among
the most gifted practitioners, incorporating 12 Stages breathing
techniques with adjustments that have provided a more in-depth experience.

This
is some of the most AMAZING, deeply spiritual, profoundly healing
work I have encountered in years. In allowing my symptoms to "Be,"
the domino effect of this form of chiropractic has led me to a greater
level of functioning than I have experienced in years. I am deeply
grateful to the brilliant Dr. Ruth Ziemba for firmly guiding me
to my greatest dream of wellness.

I
have been under care for almost 2 years. I first came to Dr. Ruth
on a friend's recommendation after I had strained my back carrying
water bottles up a flight of stairs. Within a couple treatments
not only was my back healing, my mind seemed less foggy and cluttered.
Because I dance professionally. 1 am constantly fighting off injuries
and tight/strained muscles. About a or 10 months from my first visit,
I herniated 3 disks and ruptured one. This was the most painful
and serious injury to date. Dr. Ruth was insistent that I not drive.
She even came to my house to work on me. I am convinced that Network
care has made an all around difference in my recovery and more importantly,
in my way of thinking and handling stressful situations. I've recommended
Dr. Ruth to many people and I'd love to see this type of care get
the attention it deserves. If anything can ease the electricity
in my brain, well...that's saying a lot! I love Dr. Ruth and NSA!

After
12 years of traditional chiropractic care and massage treatments,
I finally found Network Spinal Analysis, and with it I finally found
relief. NSA has superceded any other type of treatment for me. The
immediate release of tensions and shifts in my skeletal and central
nervous systems has allowed me to recover from multiple major surgeries
quickly, and without the need for post-op medications. I have regained
strength, energy, and overcome the beginning of depression. I am
healthier and happier than I have ever been. Without a doubt I am
a product of the benefits of NSA treatment. As an athlete and bodywork
professional, I believe in and more than recommend NSA.
Sincerely,
L.M.
I
have experienced headaches and neck pain for a good portion of my
life. I am 34 and it started in high school. I have tried every
viable option and seen many doctors. I tried Network Spinal Analysis
Care, and I'm always open to trying new healing processes. At first
I didn't see a change, but after 7-8 times of care, I noticed a
difference. My headaches were consistently under control, my neck
felt looser, and I had more energy and overall felt great!

What
can I say about Dr. Ruth Ziemba and how much she has transformed
my life? When I first became a patient of Ruth's, my nervous system
was a bit of a mess. I was highly emotional and scared to death
to feel my deeper feelings. I was also exhausted, over worked and
ready for change. We began slowly, but step by step we have been
healing me and making me stronger. I refer to Ruth as "my angel"
because along with her expertise as a network chiropractor, she
has listened to me, held my hand and encouraged me. Dr. Ruth is
a star and she has changed my life for the better.

Dear
Dr. Ruth,
I
can never thank you enough for your loving, healing gifts! As you
know, when I first came to your office I had received traditional
chiropractic care in the past that held for only brief periods of
time. My body was practically locked up and my spine was immovable.
Beyond the daily pain, the lack of flexibility was more than frustrating
since I am relatively young in age.
I
can only tell you that the amazing progress I've experienced in
working with you has been nothing short of a miracle! I continue
to expand my range of motion and flexibility, and the pain I used
to live with is only a memory of the past. Thank you so much for
transforming my life with your healing techniques and allowing my
body the safety to create a healthy form.
As
my son said when he saw you, "Thank you so much."
With
gratitude,
Debbie

I came
to Los Angeles 4 years ago from a small village in the south of
France. Born from a Chiropractor father, one of the first things
I did coming here was look for a good chiropractor. The first (and
only one) I contacted was Dr. Ruth Ziemba. Coming from another country,
learning the language and the people, and fighting to defend my
space into the movie business world was a lot of stress at the same
time. I forgot to mention that I was also dancing every day in a
ballet studio and my body was going through some injuries. When
I first met Ruth, even though I couldn't understand everything she
was saying, I knew right away that she was gifted. She put me (my
soul and body) back on track. After three years of getting adjusted
by her and working for her, I thank her for the strength she helped
me to
find. Even my acting work is much more free and on the rise. She
guided me on the path to reminding myself who I am through the awareness
of my body and emotions. The work she does will change your life
if you are ready to go forward and discover the beauty of yourself.
Ruth, Thank you!

Within
the last 7 years I have been incapacitated about 4 or 5 times, with
spinal compression affecting nerves and discs in my lower back.
At these times it felt like I had a steel knife poised just over
the last 3 verts on my spine and it felt like I had a steel knife
poised just over the last 3 verts on my spine and if I moved it
dug in just to remind me how helpless I really was. This condition
almost completely disabled me because it affected my ability to
drive or sit. I became afraid to move without provoking a sever
spasm of pain but worst of all, I started to lose confidence in
my body to heal itself because this issue kept recurring.
Throughout
these years, I put myself through several of the usually prescribed
therapies; pretzel twists that some chiropractic clinics offer,
osteopathic care and massage with acupuncture. All helped relieve
the pain for a while but unfortunately the treatments never completely
held. I did back strength building exercises, prescribed by my physical
therapist, and started stretching as well, but my back always remained
vulnerable and I stopped trusting that my lower back muscles would
ever stabilize. There were so many activities that I had to let
go of because of my fear of re-injuring this area. Sometimes I was
afraid to even sneeze.
The
latest round of back pain and spasm led me to try acupuncture once
more for quick relief, but I was looking for something that would
help me permanently. A friend told me about Dr. Ziemba's NSA clinic
and how effective her method was and after reading about Network
Spinal Analysis on the internet, I decided this may be the best
path for me.
It was
incredible how Dr. Ziemba's expertise and soft touch, began to guide
my nervous system to unlock and let go of the deathgrip on my spine.
The pain was reduced 60% by the second visit. Within the first week
the compression was relieved enough so I was able to sit with comfort
and growing confidence. An interesting observation: The night after
the first session I went to bed and noticed that, without any conscious
effort on my part, I was breathing deeper, down through my belly,
just as if I were in a relaxed slumber, yet I was still alert. I
realized my ribs now had more room to breathe.
What
I find most astounding is the gentleness of the therapy and the
immense change I've experienced with only 5 sessions. I can only
imagine what time and continued NSA work will do for the rest of
my overworked and cramped muscles. Dr. Ziemba has given me back
the hope that I may no longer have to endure the pained body I've
accepted as part of my lot. I look forward to picking up the physical
activities I've had to stop because of my back problems. And there
is the promise of a positive switch to my energy that will take
me further in my painting and drawing studies as that tension in
my body is further released with NSA work.
I'm
imminently hopeful for myself and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend
Dr. Ziemba's care to anyone.
I always
thought I had a good back because it never "went out",
and I was never in any major pain. I knew that I had a pronounced
sway to my low back, but I have always had that so I figured it
was "normal". I always thought that the tightness in my
back and shoulders was just temporary work-related stress. So when
a friend told me about a Chiropractor she was seeing I was skeptical.
I had always stayed away from chiropractors because I felt I didn't
them. I didn't like the idea of cracking adjustments, and I had
a supposedly healthy spine. Luckily, I trusted my friend and made
an appointment with Dr. Ruth Ziemba. During my initial examination,
I became aware for the first time of my spine. I learned that the
lump in the back of my neck and the tension in the shoulders and
the sway in my low back were not necessarily normal. And that something
could be done about it!
Even
though I have only been in care for 8 months, I have seen dramatic
changes. I can actually feel and move my lower back area. The sway
in my low back in less pronounced. I have less tension overall in
my spine, especially in the neck area. I had a nice hard lump around
my cervical spine which is still in the process of softening. The
main success of this work is that I have come to a point of more
awareness of my total body, not just my spine. Through this awareness
there is pain and discomfort at times. But it is great to know that
I can actually feel it and am aware that it is there rather than
being numb to it as I was in the past. I am also happy that I have
much more knowledge of my spine and how it works.
Dr.
Ruth's adjustments/entrainments are very intuitive and deeply helpful.
When she asks at the beginning of the visit, "How are you doing?",
she really listens and sincerely cares. Dr. Ruth is a caring, modest
healer.
Another
great benefit to working with Dr. Ruth is the integrity she brings
to her Network Practice. The regular classes on the 12 Stages of
Healing are very helpful. During adjustments/entrainments she consistently
brings you back to the 12 Stages. If you have read either of Donald
Epstein's books, The 12 Stages of Healing or Healing Myths, you
will see that she relays and represents his work on Network Chiropractic
authentically. We are lucky to have her here in LA!
I have
also had the opportunity to attend a Transformational Gate. Dr.
Ruth was very helpful in preparing me for the Gate. The Gate will
catapult you to the next stages of your healing. It is an amazing
experience!

Dear
Dr. Ruth,
According
to my remembrance, I have been under Network Spinal Analysis Care
for almost 9 months now. It has been such an enlightening experience,
one that I did not know existed until I met you. This work has proven
to be extremely beneficial in many aspects of my life; physically,
emotionally, mentally and creatively.
Physically,
I recognize my breath again! It is amazing how we can go through
life sometimes and actually forget to breathe, when it is one of
the most innate requisites of living. The Care allows the breath
to deepen itself again, without having to put conscious thought
into what relaxes us as human beings. Sleep has improved and my
dreams have become more vivid and informational. The degree of tension
in my body has lessened and has allowed me to take a busy work schedule
and an overall busy life style without feeling like I couldn't go
on. And, last, but not least, attractive! That is, in itself, a
blessing of peace and ease.
Sometimes
change can be the most overwhelming thing to deal with in life.
The Care has also helped me grow and learn, emotionally speaking,
by bringing up old issues that had been repressed or not noticed
earlier. It has helped me gain the tools to see truths and patterns
that were always there. It also has assisted me in coping with change
and letting go of old emotional patterns that were not healthy
and did not encourage conscious evolution. I cannot describe exactly
how this has happened, but I have experienced the difference since
beginning the work and I am more aware of my surroundings and of
my relationships with friends, family and co-workers. I feel more
in tune with my true self, which has allowed my relationships to
open up and become more intimate on many levels.
As
long as I can remember, I have been sort of a scatter brain, one
who enjoys many activities; I just want to do everything! Being
this kind of person, it has been hard to focus on just one thing;
therefore, I wasn't finishing everything I had started. Lately,
this pattern has begun to change also. I begin a project and fhen
I complete it. I also have a longer attention span when doing the
things I really love; like writing, singing, conversation and making
beats.
My communication
skills have improved, there is less confusion in my life and there
is an easier flow of knowing what it is that I'm supposed to be
doing, I like to call il 'true will', which is not always a conscious
level of thought.
My
creative processes have blossomed to new heights, which is what
I probably am most thankful for and am working the hardest at achieving.
I do believe that the aforementioned advancements have significantly
added to this area of my life. Being an artist is certainly the
greatest joy of my life and it is also amazing how this can be such
a slow process of realization. But, I have also realized that sometimes
slow is a gracious way of building a strong foundation, especially
in an ever changing world that gets faster every day.
Network
Spinal Analysis care has taken time and effort, and it is certainly
a way in my integrated life of art, growing, learning, teaching
and it will continue to be with me for the rest of my life as I
pass it on to my children and generations to come.
I thank
you, Ruth, for being such a magnificent guide and loving person.
You have introduced me to new ways of thinking and you've introduced
me to people who are very important to me. I consider you part of
my circuitry. Thank you again for all of your hard work and dedication
to NSA, I know the rewards will surpass all of your expectations.
With
love and respect,
Leah
After
my second treatment I felt a shift in my back. My neck and head
felt like they were sitting straight over my spine instead of leaning
forward as they had for years. After my 8th treatment my posture
has tremendously improved. My head, neck, and spine feel more fluid
ond in less pain. Even my pilates instructor of two years noticed
a big difference in my back tension, after my 10th visit to Dr.
Ruth! I'm amazed at how this works with, it seems, so little effort
on Dr. Ruth's part. I still don't understand how it works, but I
know il really does from the actual proof that I have felt.
M.H.
I
didn't think I needed network care until I had my first treatment.
After that I was hooked. In the 5 years I have been under care my
posture has improved, my stress level has decreased and I feel more
integrated with my body and mind. I don't take things so personally
anymore. The sense of well being I experience every time I have
a treatment keeps me coming back for more.

Since
I started the Network Spinal Care with Dr. Ziemba, I have noticed
how much more at ease I am in every aspect of my life. There is
an easy flow in all situations, even ones that before would have
would have thrown me for a loop. With friends, students and associates,
I can function with a relaxed confidence that had been previously
unknown to me. It happened very quickly, right at the beginning
of my care.
As far
as the purely physical side, I can run and workout quite vigorously
and not get the back aches I used to get. I also feel my stride
as I walk. I feel a life flowing force as I move which I enjoy greatly.
I am
looking forward to the further development of the process and would
recommend this treatment to anyone who wants to access more of his
or her life energy, or more simply, just wants to feel better in
his or her skin.
