At Integral Wisdom Healing Arts, care begins with connection. Using gentle NetworkSpinal® and holistic chiropractic methods, we help your body:
-
unwind tension
-
restore balance
-
reconnect with its natural rhythm of healing.
We use NetworkSpinal®, a research-based form of chiropractic care that works through light contacts along the spine.
These gentle adjustments cue your nervous system to release tension patterns and self-correct.
Many clients notice better posture, easier breathing, calmer emotions, and renewed energy — often within just a few sessions.
Dr. Ruth Ziemba brings a wealth of experiences, education, and passion to her practice, including:

Who is
Dr. Ruth Ziemba?
Dr. Ruth Ziemba began her career as a registered nurse, specializing in oncology, critical care, and hospice. Her years in medicine shaped a deep respect for both science and the body’s innate capacity to heal.
Now a Doctor of Chiropractic with over 30 years of experience, Dr. Ziemba is a graduate of Los Angeles Chiropractic College and holds the highest certification in NetworkSpinal®—a gentle, evidence-based approach that helps the nervous system unwind tension and restore balance to body and mind.
She founded Integral Wisdom Healing Arts to bring together her background in nursing, therapeutic massage, yoga, and holistic chiropractic care. After the 2025 Pacific Palisades fire destroyed her office, she rebuilt her practice in Santa Monica with renewed purpose: to help people find resilience, peace, and vitality through healing from within.
“Healing begins with connection—to self, to body, to life.”
